This is sheer trash, but I'm betting that somehow federal funds were used to pay for this. The video froze half-way, and I'm sort of glad that it did.
Yeah, just the pose itself makes me very uncomfortable, and all of the people camping out under her skirt pushed the creep factor off of the scale.
